I called Joe from the very beginning when I first decided to put my house up for sale in 2007. Under circumstances I had to sell within a period of time. Joe came through for me without fail. He made sure I was looked after and made the whole transition very comfortable. With such short notice, Joe also made sure no loss was involved in selling but yet a gain. I was very fortunate to have met Joe and could not thank him enough in the hard and dedicated work he did for me.
